About Lucie:

My own journey with managing and ultimately transforming stress started in 1999 when I experienced an anxiety episode after an extended period of stress. I studied various modalities in order to understand what was occurring and learnt and experimented with many techniques that focused on restoring harmony to body, mind and spirit in a natural way.
In 2008 I left an 18 year career as financial manager and co-owner of a family business. I currently share with clients the stress transformation tools and techniques that I used and still practise for well-being and living a fulfilling and meaningful life.

During training and coaching/mentoring sessions I share the map, tools and techniques that assisted me to sustainably:

  • Shift from stress overload to maintaining harmony for more extended periods
  • Cultivate awareness of my feelings to identify and transform draining emotions
  • Recognize and consciously transform limiting beliefs about myself and life that keep me stuck in habitual, unconscious stress loops
