About Lucie
Lucie’s own journey with managing and ultimately transforming stress started in 1999 when she experienced an anxiety episode after an extended period of stress. She studied various modalities in order to understand what was occurring, and learnt and experimented with many techniques focusing on restoring harmony to body, mind and spirit in a natural way.
In 2008 she left an 18-year career as financial manager and co-owner of a family business. She now shares with clients the stress transformation tools and techniques that she used — and still practises — for wellbeing and living a fulfilling and meaningful life.
During training and coaching/mentoring sessions, Lucie shares the map, tools and techniques that have helped her to sustainably:
