What Does Your Coach Mentor License Permit You To Do?
Coaching is a Journey that your coaching client will go on with you. It’s not a one-stop destination; nor is it about giving or receiving information. The Coaching Journey is about guiding the client to Transformation; and specifically in terms of The HeartMath System, guiding the client towards connecting with their own Intuitive Heart Intelligence.
How to do this is not always clear within the apparent restrictions of the HeartMath Coach Mentor license, especially when it comes to working with groups. But the issue is not actually these restrictions; but rather getting clear about what you actually want to do, understanding what you can do, and knowing how to do it. Most of the time the issue is resolved in understanding the differences between workshops and group coaching. Other times what’s needed is knowing exactly what you will do in each session of your group coaching program. Sometimes the issue is neither of these, but more related to finding the people you want to coach. All of these are tied together, and this mini-programme attempts to resolve most of these issues for you.
