๐ Step 1 โ Notice your current posture.
๐ Step 2 โ Now gently roll your shoulders back and down. Sit or stand a little taller.
๐ Step 3 โ Take a breath in. And as you exhale, shake out your hands. Stand up and stretch your arms overhead, or do a big sigh and roll your neck slowly from side to side.
