๐ Step 3 โ The Other Person’s Perspective: Imagine what might be going on for them. What might they be afraid of, needing, or assuming?
๐ Step 4 โ The Bigger Picture: Zoom out. If you were watching this moment from above โ or from your wiser self โ what would you see? What matters most? What’s being misunderstood? What’s the pattern here?
๐ Step 5 โ Ask your heart: What truth can I hold right now that brings peace, without abandoning myself or others?
