๐ Step 1 โ Sit or stand comfortably. Soften your eyes or close them. Place one hand on your chest or belly (just enough to feel contact).
๐ Step 2 โ Inhale gently through your noseโฆ and exhale slowly through your mouth.
๐ Step 3 โ Now say to yourself, internally: “I can stay with myself โ even here. I can breathe, even with this.”
