Just enough
space to
breathe again.
Fourteen days. One short video in your inbox each morning. Simple things to do — some breathing, some noticing, some that might make you smile. No overhaul required. Just a quiet reset for a system that’s been running too hot for too long.
Start the ResetYou’re not failing.
You’re just running on empty.
There’s a particular kind of tired that sleep doesn’t fix. Where you’re functioning — just about — but there’s a low hum of tension that doesn’t fully switch off. Where small things land harder than they should, and the idea of adding anything to your plate feels impossible.
That’s not a character flaw. That’s a nervous system that’s been in overdrive for too long, without enough recovery built in.
The Reset is designed for exactly that place.
Small things.
Real shifts.
The 14-Day Reset isn’t a programme you have to get through. It’s a sequence of small daily practices — breathing, awareness, a little lightness — that gradually help your system find its footing again. Nothing to study. Nothing to master.
Breathing practices
Simple, guided techniques that use the breath to shift your nervous system out of overdrive. Takes less time than making a cup of tea. Works faster than you’d expect.
Awareness exercises
Gentle invitations to notice what’s actually happening — in your body, in your day, in the small moments most people rush past. Nothing heavy. Nothing you need to analyse.
A little lightness
Some days are just a bit of fun. Not everything needs to be earnest. The Reset includes moments that are deliberately easy — because ease is part of the medicine.
Each day builds on
the one before it.
You don’t need to understand why it works to feel that it does. But if you’re curious — the sequence is deliberate. It moves through five phases, each one building on the last: awareness, regulation, early intervention, expanding capacity, and finally — ownership.

Where you begin
Reactive. Overthinking. Running on fumes.
The system is stuck responding to everything as if it’s urgent. You’re trying to think your way out of something that lives in the body — and it isn’t working.
Where you land
Present. Regulated. Leading yourself.
Not a different person. The same person — with more room, more steadiness, and a set of tools that are now yours to keep. Day 14 is called Ownership for a reason.
Not dramatic.
Just real.
The shifts that happen in 14 days aren’t usually the kind you’d write a post about. They’re quieter than that — and more durable because of it.
Reactivity becomes awareness
You stop being ambushed by your own responses. You start noticing what’s happening a little earlier — which means you have a little more choice about what comes next.
Overthinking becomes regulation
The loop of thoughts trying to solve a feeling — that starts to quiet. Not because you’ve figured it out, but because the feeling itself has somewhere to go.
Disconnection becomes presence
The low hum of being slightly elsewhere — in your head, in the next thing, in the worry — settles. You’re more here. People around you notice it first.
External pressure becomes internal leadership
By day 14 you’re not waiting for things to calm down so you can feel better. You know how to lead yourself back. That’s a different relationship with your own life.
No experience
needed. At all.
You don’t need to know anything about HeartMath to do the Reset. You don’t need to have meditated before, or done breathwork, or been on any kind of wellness journey. You just need to be willing to spend five minutes a day on yourself — and to actually do it.
If you have done some of this before, the Reset works as a return to basics — useful after a demanding period, or when a daily practice has gradually slipped.
This is for you if…
- You’re feeling overwhelmed, tense, or stuck in a constant low hum of stress
- You’ve tried other things and they either didn’t work or didn’t stick
- You want something practical — not a philosophy, not a lifestyle
- You don’t have much time and need something that fits into real life
- You’re already familiar with the work and want a gentle re-entry
What comes after
The Reset stands on its own — there’s no obligation to go further. But for many people, 14 days of daily practice does something unexpected: it opens a door rather than closing one.
If you find yourself wanting more — wanting to understand what’s actually happening, or to carry this work into your life at a deeper level — the Coach/Mentor programme is the natural next step.
Fourteen days. One video a morning. Just breathe.
Start where you are. Move at your own pace. No deadline, no performance target — just an invitation to give your system a little of what it’s been missing.
