Zee’s interest in incorporating HeartMath coaching with her clients began with her own daily practice and seeing the difference in her productivity, brain and body calm, and the identification of new ideas.

In a world that places constant demand on our attention, we start noticing and feeling the impact of mental overwhelm and brain and body stress — and this impacts our productivity and our ability to find creative solutions to current and future challenges.
