Unlike the baseline practice in Module 1, this reset is meant for moments when pressure is already rising — between meetings, before responding, or when you notice early warning signals starting to appear.

The purpose isn’t to calm down or step away. It’s to interrupt stress accumulation so clarity and choice return before automatic patterns take over.

This is a practical leadership skill you can use in under a minute, without closing your eyes or changing your environment.
