Rather than introducing new concepts, this closing video offers a moment of integration. Because coherent leadership isn’t something you finish. It’s something you return to.

Through Modules 5 and 6, you’ve explored how coherence:

  • increases tolerance for uncertainty
  • restores proportion and timing
  • supports leadership identity without rigidity

These capacities matter most when conditions don’t resolve quickly.
